Chandra joined KILMS bringing a heavier, more abrasive edge. His dual role — driving rhythm guitar and visceral screamed vocals — adds a brutality that pushes the band deeper into post-hardcore territory.

HISTORY
Formation
KILMS (then Killing Me Inside) formed on June 18, 2005 in South Jakarta by a group of teenagers channeling raw emotion into post-hardcore music.
Debut Album + Malaysia
Released "A Fresh Start for Something New" — a defining moment for Indonesian alternative rock. The band also took the music international, performing in Malaysia for the first time.
Self-Titled
"Killing Me Inside" album released, cementing their place as one of Indonesia's premier emo/post-hardcore acts. National tour followed.
One Reason
Third album "One Reason" pushed the band toward more polished production while retaining the raw emotional core that fans loved.
Rebirth
"Rebirth: A New Beginning" marked a pivotal chapter — heavier, more experimental, and deeply personal.
ICEMA & INDIGO Awards
Recognized with both the ICEMA Award and INDIGO Award, affirming the band's impact on the Indonesian rock landscape.
AMI Award + Busan
Won their first AMI Award — one of Indonesia's most prestigious music honors. The band also represented Indonesia on the international stage, performing at a festival in Busan, South Korea.
Collaboration
Released a collaborative EP with Aiu Ratna, exploring new sonic territories and reaching new audiences.
Carpe Nocten + AMI
"Carpe Nocten EP" — a darker, late-night meditation on loss and perseverance. Won their second AMI Award.
Singles Era
Pivoted to singles with "Numb" and "Hard Feelings", embracing the streaming era with full creative freedom. Killing Me Inside officially rebranded as KILMS, opening a more modern and exploratory chapter.
New Blood + Malaysia Return
Chandra Erin joins as rhythm guitarist and screamer, injecting renewed aggression into the KILMS sound. The band returned to Malaysia for another international performance.
Malfunction
"Malfunction" single released under Anoixi Records — a signal flare of the band's rekindled intensity.
Control
Melody Alcassia joins as lead vocalist. "Control" single released, launching the Control Tour across Indonesia.
